What are you applying for?

Invictum Aero provides 12–24 month dry lease access to modern, well-maintained general aviation aircraft owned and managed by us. We use the information below to match individual pilots and small pilot groups with aircraft that fit their flying profile, preferred aircraft type and location.

How long does the process usually take?

Because aircraft availability is limited and every lease is structured individually, the matching and onboarding process typically takes 3–6 months. Some applications may move faster if there is a strong match with current aircraft availability.

Does submitting the form create any obligation?

No. Completing this questionnaire does not create any commitment, reservation or guarantee of aircraft availability. It is simply the first step in determining whether there may be a suitable opportunity in the future.

Pilot Information

NOTE: For pilot group applications, Invictum Aero generally considers groups of up to four pilots. Should there be a potential match with available aircraft, we will subsequently request information regarding each participant and the intended group structure. You may submit an application even if the group has not yet been fully formed or all participants have not yet formally committed, as this questionnaire serves only as an initial expression of interest and assessment step.

If applying as a small pilot group, Invictum Aero typically structures shared access for up to 4 pilots. We may contact you separately to discuss the proposed group structure.
