Invictum Aero supports private pilots, aircraft owners and small pilot groups considering long-term aircraft access, aircraft acquisition, co-ownership and ownership structures in the European general-aviation market.
Its focus includes private dry lease and long-term aircraft rental, acquisition and financing-related risks, tax and VAT coordination, governance, responsibility allocation and planned exit. The objective is to connect the aircraft, intended use and capital decision within one workable structure.
Invictum Aero coordinates legal, commercial, structural and operational questions and works with specialist advisers across EU jurisdictions when local tax, legal, registration, insurance or technical input is required.
We do not replace aircraft sellers, brokers, lenders, pre-purchase inspectors, maintenance organisations or jurisdiction-specific professional advisers. Our role is to identify how their work fits together and help the client examine the complete access or ownership decision before committing.
