How we use information submitted through this website.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy explains how Invictum Solutions Ltd., trading as Invictum Aero, processes information submitted through this website or sent to us by email. It applies to general enquiries, requests concerning dry lease, co-ownership and ownership advisory services, Belmont DW 200 pilot applications, registrations for Aircraft Co-Ownership Matchmaking, Aircraft Check requests, report feedback and limited first-party service measurement.

2. Information we collect

When you use the general enquiry form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, service interest, intended base airport, total flight hours, annual flying hours, preferred aircraft type or mission and the content of your message. The form record also includes the time of submission.

When you apply for planned Belmont DW 200 dry-lease availability, we collect your contact and residence details, age, pilot licence, SEP(land) status, relevant differences training or experience, total and recent flight hours, expected annual utilisation, current way of flying, planned base airport and country, hangar availability, preferred timing, stated interest in a 24-month lease and a refundable reservation deposit, and any additional context you provide. We also store the submitted language, landing path, referring page and, where present in the page URL, UTM campaign parameters and Google Ads click identifier so that campaign sources can be compared with qualified applications.

When you register for Aircraft Co-Ownership Matchmaking, we also collect your country, preferred base airport and acceptable radius, aircraft preferences, ownership objective, approximate budget and preferred share, flying experience, licences and ratings, intended uses, timing and any additional information you provide. If you already own an aircraft, you may optionally provide its type, registration and the share potentially available.

When you request an Aircraft Check, we collect your name and email address, the purpose of the check and the aircraft information you provide. Depending on whether you own, may buy or may sell the aircraft, this may include registration, manufacturer, model, serial number, listing URL, year, hours, engine or propeller status, location, price, seller type, available-document categories, equipment, maintenance and your questions or comments.

If you provide report feedback, we collect the usefulness rating, most useful report area, whether you would request another report and any optional comment. Feedback is stored separately from the original Aircraft Check request.

To understand use of the Aircraft Check pilot service, we record limited first-party events: page view, form start, submit attempt, successful submission or form error, together with language, selected purpose category, page path and, where supplied by the browser URL or referrer, campaign and referring-domain information. These event records do not contain names, email addresses, aircraft registrations, serial numbers, listing URLs or free-text answers.

If you contact us directly by email, we process your email address, correspondence and any information you include in it.

3. Why we use it

We use general enquiry information to review and respond to your enquiry, understand the aircraft access or ownership question you are considering, identify an appropriate next step and maintain necessary business correspondence.

We use Belmont DW 200 pilot-application information to assess pilot or pilot-group qualification, expected utilisation, proposed base and operating requirements; evaluate suitability for planned aircraft placements; and contact suitable applicants about aircraft availability and a possible individual dry-lease proposal. An application does not itself reserve an aircraft.

We use matchmaking registration information to maintain a structured, private record of co-ownership requirements, compare relevant requirements across our network and contact you if we identify a potentially compatible pilot, owner, aircraft or ownership opportunity. Registration does not guarantee a match.

We use Aircraft Check information to identify the aircraft, assess the submitted context together with available external data, prepare the requested preliminary report and contact you if clarification or documents are required. The report may cover fleet, market, identity and activity context and, for a contemplated purchase, apparent inconsistencies or follow-up questions. It is not generated solely by the questionnaire.

We use feedback and non-personal event records to evaluate whether the pilot service is understandable and useful, where people encounter form difficulties and how the report may be improved. We do not use these records for advertising profiles.

Processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a possible engagement, our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, evaluating pilot applications and planned aircraft placements, and operating and improving our advisory, matchmaking and preliminary-review services, and compliance with legal obligations where applicable. The required privacy checkbox confirms that you have read this policy; it is not used as consent for unrelated marketing.

4. Who may receive the information

Access is limited to authorised persons involved in assessing an enquiry, reviewing possible co-ownership matches, preparing an Aircraft Check or evaluating pilot-service feedback. Matchmaking registrations are not published as classified advertisements or public pilot profiles. If a potentially compatible opportunity is identified, Invictum Aero will contact the relevant registrants before disclosing personal contact details or arranging an introduction.

Where a question requires specialist or jurisdiction-specific input, relevant information may be shared with a professional adviser or consultant in our network, subject to confidentiality and only to the extent necessary. Website hosting, database, email-delivery and technical service providers may process limited data on our behalf.

5. International processing

Where a service provider or adviser processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism and safeguards where required by applicable data-protection law.

6. Retention and security

General enquiry, Belmont DW 200 pilot-application, Aircraft Check and report-feedback information is normally retained for up to 24 months after submission or the last substantive contact. Matchmaking registrations are normally retained for up to 24 months after submission or the last confirmation that the requirements remain current. Limited service-measurement events may be retained for operational analysis and then aggregated or deleted when no longer required. Information may be kept longer where required for an active engagement, legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, contact info@invictumaero.eu.

You may also lodge a complaint with Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate. Its official complaint information is available at dvi.gov.lv.

8. Cookies and technical information

This website does not currently use advertising or behavioural-profiling cookies. The limited Aircraft Check service events described above are stored first-party and do not require a marketing cookie. If you submit a Belmont DW 200 pilot application, campaign parameters already present in the landing-page URL and the referring page may be stored with that application; the form does not create an advertising cookie. The hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request time and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

9. Updates

We may update this policy when the website, enquiry process or applicable legal requirements change. The date shown at the top identifies the current version.
