Apply for a 24-Month Belmont DW 200 Dry Lease in Germany
Invictum Aero is preparing the initial placement of Belmont DW 200 aircraft for qualified private pilots and small pilot groups in Germany and selected European markets.
The proposed 24-month dry lease provides dedicated access to a specified general-aviation piston aircraft without requiring the pilot to purchase and finance it. Initial aircraft availability is currently expected within approximately 6–12 months.
Applications are now being accepted from pilots and pilot groups interested in being considered for the initial aircraft placements. Suitable applicants may proceed to pilot qualification, aircraft and operating-base assessment, and preparation of an individual dry-lease proposal.
An application does not itself reserve an aircraft. Aircraft allocation remains subject to qualification, final aircraft availability, underwriting and execution of the relevant lease documentation.

Submitting an application starts the initial qualification process for the planned DW 200 placements. Invictum Aero will review the pilot or pilot group, expected utilisation, proposed base airport and other relevant operating requirements. Suitable applicants may then be invited to discuss aircraft availability and receive an individual lease proposal.

The dry lease model
Dedicated private aircraft access without an aircraft purchase.
The aircraft is provided to the lessee for private use under a 24-month dry lease. The lessee operates the aircraft and is responsible for costs such as insurance, hangarage, fuel, airport charges and other operational expenses. Invictum Aero provides access to the aircraft without requiring the pilot to purchase and finance the aircraft personally.

Who can apply?
Qualified private pilots and small pilot groups may apply for the planned placements. Each proposed pilot and operating arrangement will be reviewed against the relevant insurance, underwriting and contractual requirements.
What happens after I apply?
Invictum Aero reviews the pilot or pilot group, expected utilisation, proposed base airport and operating requirements. Suitable applicants may progress to an availability discussion and preparation of an individual dry-lease proposal.
Does an application reserve an aircraft?
No. An application starts the qualification process but does not itself reserve an aircraft. Allocation remains subject to qualification, final availability, underwriting and signed lease documentation.
When is aircraft availability expected?
Initial DW 200 aircraft availability is currently expected within approximately 6–12 months. Timing and placement locations remain subject to fleet preparation, applicant qualification and final operating arrangements.
What is included in approximately €2,000 per month?
The indicative rate includes the aircraft dry lease and maintenance reserves for scheduled and routine maintenance based on approximately 100 flight hours per year. Fuel, hangarage, airport charges and other operating expenses are not included.
Is aircraft insurance included?
No. Insurance will be calculated separately based on the pilot or pilot group, aircraft location, operating profile and insurer requirements.
Can the aircraft be based at my home airport?
That is the intended model where operational, hangarage, insurance and placement requirements can be met. The proposed base airport forms part of the application and aircraft-allocation assessment.
Can a small pilot group lease one aircraft?
Potentially, yes. Each proposed pilot and the group structure would need to meet the applicable insurance, underwriting and contractual requirements.
What happens after the 24-month period?
The aircraft is returned at the end of the agreed lease. Any possible renewal, replacement aircraft or new arrangement would be discussed and agreed separately.
